Hi, I'm new here, but have been an Intertops customer almost since they started and thought I would share some information I got from customer service.
I had been reading the reports of the split between Intertops and Microgaming. Apparently, it was Intertops' intent to operate BOTH the "Green" Microgaming casino they have had for the past 10 years and the new US-friendly "Red" RTG casino simultaneously. However, Microgaming has refused and has announced that they will be cutting ties with Intertops, which means that at some point Intertops customers will no longer be able to use the "Green" casino or the poker client, which is also powered by Microgaming. I wrote to customer service to ask when these services would go off-line and received the following response:
"Dear Allen,
Thanks for contacting us with your query.
Unfortunately we do not have a specific date when the Green casino will be shut down. However, once the information is available, all customers will be informed in advance. Rest assure that your funds are secured and you should be able to transfer your balance from the casino to the sports book, however, any unplayed bonuses will most likely be forfeited.
We thank you for your kind understanding.

It's sad to see the Microgaming casino go, but I understand Intertops' reasons and will continue to be a loyal customer. The important thing to note, though, is that when the Microgaming software does go, any bonus funds in those accounts that have not met playthrough (contest winnings, fantasy golf bonuses, Intertops Dollars, etc.) will go with them, so it's probably a good idea not to leave any bonus funds lying around in the Green casino or Intertops poker accounts; play 'em if you've got 'em!

Yes Intertops Microgaming is not accepting any new players. However,
Any contest credits won at noluck will be transferrable.
The casino will let everyone know if funds need to be withdrawn and
I always play my bonus right away.
I hope the US gambling laws pass and then they could do what they want
and accept anyone..

They are not happy about the new RTG casino and taking USA players.
