I hate to see Pantasia down so low in the rankings. Aren't they like one of the first? I've been with them for quite some time. Have spent a pretty penny there, but have cashed out, too. I think their customer service is pretty good right now. Have had a few problems in the past.
I do think Slotocash has outstanding customer service, good play throughs but lousy cashback, only 5%. And.....I can't win there! lol
I play at 6 of them mostly. Davincis gold has the worst customer service until I started dealing directly with the manager there.

Funny my only rival cashouts have always been at absolute slots. and although the other cashouts with them were small cashouts I finally made a decent cashout off my birthday bonus (as you already know TDTAT) $125 off a $25 bday bonus.

I used to play simon says and never once managed a cashout.

There are three things about Rival that bothers me (each can be rectified by Rival)..
1) No playthrough counter (if you use a bonus or freebie you have no idea how close you are to actually cashing out. It's a guessing game)
2) The WR on bonuses seems extreme (freebies can be 40X!)
3) IF you cashout.. your bonuses disappear from the cashier section. (did anyone else have this happen??)

So IF I play Rival I try not to use a bonus!! I love thier slots because they are so different and some are interactive, like "Hole in One" (which i absolutely love! because of the "mini golf" play)...
but can't they implement a playthrough counter?? and why do our bonuses disappear if we win?

You can look in the cashier for playthrough, but it only says whether you are done or not.. not a level or anything.

TDTAT.. I know that you can't claim a bonus when you have a pending cashout. But I did notice that after I had my withdrawal "flushed" all but one of the bonus coupons "disappeared". (just a note)
re: playthrough I personally like to know just how much I have left to wager. because it reading "you have not yet met the wagering requirements" doesn't tell me anything. If you know what I mean... thanks for passing it on.

I have also noticed that some of my promotions have disappeared so I always take the best one first.
About the playthrough. I always ask livechat. I dont think they want you to know exactly and that is why you cant see it.
I have been reading on other forums that people have been accused for bonusabuse if they have made a withdrawal just at the time they could do it. It doesn´t make any sence to me.

Yes, some casinos will cut back your bonus when you cash out.. it is an auto system at some casinos
