anniemac, It looks like they had the promo software working for a while, but it went down again. Sorry, I know they are on Rival to fix it.

I have had my $20 since last night, but can't claim it, so its probably best to wait til the promotion server problem is fixed, so you can claim and play it when you receive it.

Just talked to Melissa in live chat. Same answer - server problems, don't know when it will be fixed. Live chat will have to send request to promo department. They sent message for me Tuesday and I haven't heard anything from anyone yet.
I'm kinda PO'd since I deposited and made sure I got 5 clovers. I'm inbetween paychecks so I can't play at all. Sure hope they get whatever problems they have fixed and soon.

I hope they get it fixed too, however, all the Rivals are the same way, I have my free $20 sitting in my cashier, unable to claim it. I am actually unable to make a deposit also, I have tried at 3 casinos today, none of them would accept my deposit, until the problem is fixed. My deposit sits in history as pending at all of them. I am hoping that it is fixed soon.
