Don't celebrate Fat Tuesday but I did go to Mardi Gras at Jefferson, TX this weekend. Had a large time and my son bought me my first ever Mardi Gras hat. Absolutely fabulous. Grandkids caught lots of beads and had a great time. Will definitely go again next year, God willing.

No. Thanks for the info though, I didn't know that Mardis Gras meant fat Tuesday. The 24th is a sad day for me (memories)
. I am not going to bore you with it, but a win would certainly make it a little happier.
Thank you for another chance.
Good luck everybody!!

Just to share a point of interest with you. When I was a little girl, growing up in northern Louisiana, my playmates were my two youngest aunts. When we wanted to insult one another, we would say "You look like a Molly Graw".
I never really understood what a Molly Graw was until I reached adulthood and realized we were trying to say Mardi Gras.
Corny, I know, but I wanted to share that. As for do I celebrate Fat Tuesday, well, I'm fat the other six days of the week as well, so why put it all off on Tuesday?
