I had a 30 dollar free offer in my email. checking the promo page i was unable to claim. It would let me claim but didnt up my balance. I then went to live chat and they said they were having tech issues to try bk today. checking bk today i knew that it would be gone. I agian went bk to live chat and they said no email was sent out with a free chips offer? im not upset about not getting the free offer I just wanted to share my story an wonder if anyone else got this email?

I never received anything like this, and have made a couple deposits this week alone. I don't think I have ever received a free chip from this casino, not even cashback, that I remember.

smile I was shocked that i got this, tho I made a few depo here but didnt win so thought the 30 free was a way to get me to come bk. I talked to live chat and they said no emails were sent out so I forwarded the email to support.
