I would say quit smoking but thats not a good res, that usually don't happen so i'll say win more often

I don't make New Year's resolutions. I find to do so is only seyying myself up for disappointment.

I've smoked for over 50 years so won't resolve to stop now; just resolving to make it through another year and hopfully maintain my present health level.

My New Years resolution is to try and help my sister find her way to a frame of mind where she can once again enjoy her life, her husband, her grandchildren, and her past interests. ( a tad monumental, but I am sure it can be done)
I am also going to quit smoking. When I say that I am not sure wether to laugh or cry...)
