I had issues with registering also......I contacted chat and they provide a fix for it. If anyone needs it, let me know and I'll post the fix given me by support.

yea, I downloaded too..registered, and then was locked. What is that all about? Can I still enter the contest? And I will keep checking to see if anyone finds out anything about this problem.
