I checked and they are like that with no bonus..
Also the Black Jack maximum bet is $100, like at Sloto'Cash.
The rest of the Rivals have $200 max bet.

It is up to the casinos to set their bet limits,
but I will mention that you would prefer higher limits

No, no Bonus.

I remember before when that was clarified from Justine.

Anyway, most bonuses cannot be used to play Video Poker.
AND, if they can...
The bets for Video Poker are limited but, not on the slots.
