kind of "EZ Bonus", so check always check terms.

TDTAT you probably know for sure but I was told the play throgh was 15% bonus and deposit she may of made a mistake but that is what she said to me I thought another screen would come up to rate the chat and have email chat sent, but that did not happen I started to copy it and paste it here but I click off and the chat was gone forever! However, when I read the terms and conditions on the website for the bonus it said the playthrough was 30x, so I continued to play and as luck would have it... I lost it all.

Then I came here and read the reviews and see that someone posted that according to customer support the playthrough was not 30x and they needed to update the website.

I have never heard any casino describe playthrough as a %.
Different games count for a different % of wagering, so maybe that
is what you did not understand.

When they give me my bonus it was anywhere in my balance , i had to ask them if requierements are met , when i cashed out first time , they send me a mail to tell me they put my money in my balance because i didnt made requierements :S, and that , this morning ....
