I didn't have anything at either place. I have deposited at Paradise* but not at Cocoa this past week.

Hi! If you did not get an email welcoming you to the VIP
club and stating your level.. you are probably the bottom level.
Remember that this is the first week of the VIP system.
Your whole history of deposits at the casino would affect your VIP level.

Obviously the casinos appreciate their players, as they started the program to make players happy, but everyone does
not get every promotion every time. Voodookitty has probably deposited
$10,000 or more lifetime and that explains her $20 chip. smile

Mary you had $45 deposited this month until a few days ago.
I doubt this first round of VIP bonus counted the last 3 days of deposits.

Nette, I'm not giving up! Had a withdrawal problem with Paradise8 earlier, that's when I started to wonder. Emailed back and forth with Jason and did somewhat get an explanation to the delay but not about the rudeness and runaround from support. Debated about depositing again, but decided to give it a chance. Now I continue to read posts about additional delays etc.
We can all understand that they can face unforeseen technical difficulties and accept that, but the lack of courtesy is not so easily dealt with.

I certainly don't expect to get every bonus and I know that I have not deposited a large amount this month, but why would I after the problem and rudeness!!! I did email Jason this morning, but I'm sure it will be hours until I hear back just like last time! smile

Larger depositers deserve to be rewarded according and I have no problem with that, it's the customer service and response time that I have a problem with!!!!

I'm not a bonus abuser, I'm not a Whale and I just feel that the players and members of this forum need to be treated with good customer service!!!

mthunker, Mary.. I read the chat you are talking about.
Support was not rude. Perhaps he could have been nicer, but stating
that "Your withdrawals will be paid this week" is not rude.
You emailed back and forth so many times because you were
using the wrong email and they were being returned to you I thought.

Jason personally emailed you and you told me he explained.
Was he unkind in his emails?

I know the problems lately are frustrating for us, but they are for the casinos
also. Everyone remember we are upset about 3 and 4 day cashoust..
it is not like the casinos are not paying or taking weeks.

I have asked Rival to change their stated payout time to 2-4 business
days and that should stop all problems and complaints smile

ALL PLAYERS:
If you are concerned about possible slow cashouts, then play elsewhere.
If you are upset because you did not get a free chip, then email Jason

Mary: how long do you think a casino should respond to an email in?
Less than 24 hours is SPECTACULAR and should make you happy

ANY Response from a casino in less than 24 hours is PERFECTLY
acceptable and I am happy with that from ANY casino.

Jason didn't response with rudeness, it was support and live chat with me personally, not something that was posted! Jason really didn't address the rudeness except that he was sorry! I did have contact with Jason through several emails TDTAT, yes I had the wrong address at first and they came back but after that was corrected!

The posts I'm referring to is the withdrawal delays. Again not something that can be avoided because of technical problems but something that can be explained to the players so they know what is going on and avoid the irritations!

TDTAT you are right, I can and probably will make the decision to not deposit and these casinos in the future! We'll see what Jason's response is. smile

You are upset because you were not put in the VIP club or
given a free chip. You are angry because you are not a VIP..
I get that... I am sure Jason will review your account and be fair,
but we should be fair too... the system is new.

Being Rude and not being as nice as we expect are 2 different things. smile
I know Rival casinos have a big repuation for great service,
but support people are still only people. There will be the occasional new guy
or person in a bad mood.

As you know the new guy whose chat you are referring to was
given a lesson in being friendly. I have heard no futher complaints
about chat since then smile

Rest assured that all the casinos want every player to be happy.
It is a tough balance to give enough promotions to make people
happy and still be a business that makes money.

My blood pressure has not gone up one point!

I am trying to explain the way
things are. I appreciate everything that gets posted. I send these
things to the casinos to get them to do better.

Problems and issues can not be fixed unless someone hears about it.

Only a casino that listens to players can improve. Rivals have been listening.
Look at all the changes lately with upgrades, new games, ect.
These changes are due to suggestions made by players at noluck
as far back as last year.

Problems happen and lead to growth. That is good in the long run
but causes frustration in the short term smile
