I would always wait to claim bonuses until you are ready to deposit..
sometimes it could block you from another additional bonus if the system
sees you have a bonus claimed..

When you claim this 200% it disappears,
but if you go to live chat they will credit the bonus

They are working on it now

I did receive an email saying that they know what the problem is with the Cashback and they are just testing a solution. Once they confirm that it is fixed they will let me know.
