Quicktender account issues

TDTAT, your right, we wont know whos fault it is. But for me I thinks its
best if I close it. And I dont think its right that Netspend allows pending charges when you dont have a balance on your card. That makes no sense
to me. If you tried to charge something at a store with no balance, would it go thru? Why wouldnt it be refused. It probly is their fault. the whole thing
makes no sense!

Thanks for the heads up TDTAT, but they have my documents, thats not the problem here. I deposited with Netspend Visa CC. They wanted something to show the duplicate charge. This would not be anywhere on my bank statement...just in my netspend history...Thats all I was trying to explain to them. Also I have had my card over a year and never had any other double charges...so I dont know whose at fault...Pretty sure its not mine...

My other pending has been removed. So now Im off to play at
