They are a new casino so it might take a little longer than a few days to get situated. Maybe you could try emailing them again...

support is a bit overwhelmed

OK - now I am pissed. I got a hold of chat. The response was "you have duplicate "problematic" accts with other rivals and therefore your acct has been flagged and is not eligible for bonuses. Hummmmmm, that's funny, since I opened one at Simon a few months back with no problem.
I had an issue with DiVinci's about a year ago. They told me to re-register, which I did, then my acct was locked because I had duplicate accts. After 6 months, I finally got a hold of someone who "straightened" it out. I specifcally asked if this would be a problem in the future and they assured me that it wouldn't. After I registered with SS with no problems (and have been a depositor and received cahouts, I figured all was fine.
How dare they say I have "problematic" issues.
UUUUUGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGG!!!
Ok, I am all better now. I am uninstalling that casino and they can shove their $7 you know where!!

I have also e-mailed them about the problems I have with no bonus. (mailed them friday) and haven´t heard anything from them.

I cant complain about finding free casino money, I found the free 7.00 , but it comes with a ONE HUNDRED TIMES ROLLOVER and the MAXIMUM cashout of 70.00...............and if you deposit, the playthrough is 40x , about 14 times higher than the other rival casinos....I must say I will pass on depositing !!!!
