one email then change the name on each one

I meant make one email then change your account name
on each one so you dont have to make 8 different emails..

If you have the same user name at each casino
then just change the support email on each..

YOU NEED TO EMAIL EACH CASINO RIGHT?
so For each casino send an email with your account
name and a message saying you love the casino
and would like whatever you are asking them for.

BUT IF YOU "have not deposited in months" they are going
to probably say no.

I would go along the lines of:
"I used to deposit a lot.. and would like
to again, but would like some freebies
to see if you still like the games!! " Be smart..
they want to get players back who quit depositing
so make sure and tell them you are a depositor
and all that!
