I did recieve an email that said that I am not eligible for any promos because of having a nother account. This is the 1st time I've ever even downloaded the casino, who knows?!
they mean you have multiple accounts at some rival casino...
Email a manager and ask them to review your account.. maybe they can do something

I am locked out of my new Simon Says account "janetsampier" and was told Security would have to check it out. As a matter of fact, my account is locked every time I try to sign up at a Rival casino. Pantasia is the only one where I can play. Will appreciate anything you can do!!!

Hello! Security is checking.. the thing is that once you get blocked one
time it will happen at any new rival.. you just need to ask
support to have a manager review your account and they
will unlock it as long as you do not have multiple accounts
at one casino.. let me know what support says..
it should not take them more than a day or 2 for the review

I just put money into my account around 3 days ago and today i tryed to log into the casino and it tell me i been locked out so i went to live chat and ask why is my casino locked and she told me it was because of multiple accts and i have only 1 with them but then see said it was because someone in the house has a account at superior casino and that someone is my boyfriend not me now i woulder if he is going to have prombles getting his $300 because of all this and from what i understand it was a new casino we did not no they were affiliated

If you make more than one account at any RIVAL
then you get blocked AT ALL OF THEM. NEVER MAKE MORE
than one account at any casino or you will be considered a bonus abuser.
You could email a manager and explain, maybe that will help.

you can not make multiple accounts at any rival or you
get blocked
