I believe the entire world could be changed if only people would follow what I believe is the best advise ever given...do unto others as you would have others do unto you. I try to live this every day and it is the one piece of advise I impressed upon my children over and over again. Today I have two fine sons that I could not be more proud of. I also like " smile even when it hurts."If your mood is bad, if you are depressed or angry, try smiling. Pretty soon your psyche will believe that smile and your heart will begin to smile as well.

The best advice I have ever given was to my kids - I told them not to expect their path in life to always be smooth and without bumps. Because there would be times in their lives where the bumps would become mountains. But just to think of these mountains, as if they were the first spelling test that they had ever worked really hard at to get the "A" that they ended up getting. Whether or not you get to the other side, all depends upon how hard you try to get there.
