The wired plastic card can be loaded at Ace Cash Express just like your Netspend. It costs the same ($3.00) to load and cash is immediately available. I don't know about reload packs but look on the website and see. I set up my wired plastic card to receive withdrawals from Quicktender so if I ever get a withdrawal to make I've got it covered.

So let me see if I have this straight --
I got my card yesterday as well. I also got a email invite from Intertops to activate my Quick Tender - so - I can have withdrawls sent to Quick Tender (just like Eco) and then have Quick Tender put the money right on Wire Plastic?? Let me know.
And yes, 7-11 does take deposits for this new card.

I went to 7-11, this morning (as usual).
I asked the cashier (who, is usually my friend)....
If she knew anything about this card.... zzzzz.........
she points at the 'Gift Card Rack'.......(why? I don't know...)
I think I made her nervous (she thinks she knows everything..)
That was all very interesting...
I told her to ask her Boss (he likes me... 'cause I am a regular shopper!),
when he comes in later.....
I can see this whole "Training" proccess..... like when NetSpend was new, at Safeway!

It's terrible, the "training process" of the store clerks. It seems every time I would go into Cumberland Farms and ask for a reload, they would look at me like I had three heads. No one would know how to do it. Even the ones that had already done it for me would "forget". It was always such a project. And now Cumberland Farms changed their "system" and are (supposedly temporarily) not loading Netspends!!!!!!!
