Anyone having trouble loading the cashier page. Tech support has tried to help but nothing is working. They think it may be a windws update that messed things up.

I just downloaded Mayan Casino. I went to claim the 15.00 free chip and it said that i am not eligable for any bonuses. So I went to live help. Man are they rude. They said because i have This is Vegas, Pantasia and Divici Gold downloaded that I am not eligible for not only the free chips but no bonuses also. They consider that multiple accounts with in the same group of casinos.
I have never played for real money at any of these casinos nor have I used any free chips except for the $7.00 one at Pantasia.
I would be careful playing here and ask first if you are eligable for bonuses before depositing any money.

It clearly says when you claim a bonusIF YOU are denied that you will not get the bonus
and then asks if you still want to deposit
without the bonus.
