I to got a invite email but when I logged into site it says my name isn't on the list. I contacted support they said there was a mess up and they would let people know this tuesday if they get to spin or get a bonus...What another mess up...I let you all know if I get a spin or any bonus....

I forgot to add I did send them copy of my email invite.....I still get to spin. Guess I'll have to wait till tuesday to find out whats up

Wonderfully, I received an invite to the wheel of fortune, and it didn't work. So I called the support, and spoke to a representative, they said that it will go live either tuesday or wednesday, not to delete my invite email, and that they will send out another email, stating that it's now working, I think I will soon start depositing here again, we'll see how it goes, so far soo good.

I received an email that had the subject line "Your invitation has arrived Brandie. " But, I could not read the email. I then went into the casino and the wheel was there, but when I clicked it, it said "We're Sorry - It appears you did not receive an invitation (as yet)..." I didn't bother emailing them because last week they said they didn't know who was on the list and who wasn't. Since I couldn't actually view the email, who knows what the invitation was for. Oh well!

I never received an invite, or anything.But, they always include me in their Birthday Celeberations!
(I think last year, they sent a card and code for $100)
Anyway,
I logged in today, and the spin was there.
I got $5.

Yeah, I always get something, too. Last year I received $100 for the birthday celebration and $200 at Christmas. I'll login tonight and see.

Terri, Just by experience, if you have more than one account at GrandPrive, make sure that you give them the account number that is referenced on the e-mail that you received. I have more than one account, but my "major" log in account number is the log in number at only one casino. Just a thought. Maybe you should call them back. Hope you saved the e-mail.

I finally received an invitation in my e-mail today and was so excited. Logged into the casino and went to the wheel, guess what? I also was lucky enough to get the $5. So much for depositing I guess!

What a joke!! Last time I got $50!! Oh well...can we really complain about free money?? LOL! Well, yes, of course we can when we deposit and play there! Seems like we should get something more for our loyalty...oh well!
