I tried to send "money in minutes" online to my EcoCard.
Western Union said that I had to confirm my transfer and call their customer service #.
After a whole bunch of hassle, the Western Union customer service rep. said that I would have to go in person to a Western Union outlet. The crappy part is that my NetSpend account, which I was funding online from, has a hold on the funds I TRIED to send.
The Western Union Rep said that these funds would be released from the "hold" in 24-72 hours.
Aghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!

$25??? That is HUGE!!!
