I would suggest ask support for tech help, or checking your
firewall to see if that is blocking the download. If all that fails,
they can send you a cd in the mail (just request from support )

lol my pc named it D on desktop and they had me rename it to setup.exe and it works fine. lol i feel like a dope lol
