I guess next time I won't even add my opinion!
What happened? Did I miss your comments? Was someone nasty?

debidug, I'm not sure this is what you were referring to, but I'd hate for you to feel badly because I did not reply to your kind comment. I did read and like your last comment in this thread, but it did not contain a question, so I did not post a reply as there were a few questions to answer in the other recent comments. I get up every morning early and the second thing I do after taking a sip of coffee is open up no luck. I tend to read comments first thing, but my brain is only half awake so I do miss things. I used to try to read every comment posted, but the contests became so wonderfully active that I do not always get to everything posted in the contests.

Is anybody here actually celebrating Cinco de Mayo and if so, what are you doing?

I am closing in on 100 pounds lost since surgery ! I can't hold any more than one Margarita anymore but I think a night of Mariachi music and a tamale sounds super good!I want to celebrate May 5

I usually make sure to eat Mexican food! It was a lot more fun when I lived in a city with a large Mexican population.

Thanks guys ! Love the weight loss, feel great but do miss the joy of eating a big bowl of spagetti. Gastric sleeve surgery only allows you to eat a small amount or you get sick. No more Buffets, all you can eat or Jumbo margaritas lol

Wow luna, that is terrific about the 100 pounds. And if you can still hold a margarita and a tamale, you are at least getting a taste of what you like! Bravo to you!!!

Not much of a Mexican population here either, but I will probably do fajitas.
