lizkern, You got the $10 free chip but not the $111 free play? If you registered before we got the $111 free play (january 10th) then you may not get it... but the $111 is really more like a deposit bonus promotion anyway, because you can not cashout without depositing and wagering the bonus +deposit again.

adamintx, With a rival casino if it says "new promotions coming soon" when you first register it means you are bonus blocked. You can ask support for a "manager account review."
