xenabruno, There is a tracking problem and they are working on it... just give me a few days. No one is being counted as a noluck player and that is why the code is not working, but we should have it fixed soon.

Well I got the $31 and I have deposited twice, once before and once after the bonus and when I tried to redeem a $5 code that I got from "Nick" it say's my account is no longer eligable to receive any bonuses????? I sat on live chat for 45min to find out there is nothing they can do. I have never had an issue with Slotocash and never had my account locked from bonuses. I think they have alot of "bugs" to work out. I think I'll be waiting before I deposit again. Any suggestions?

I deposited while I was obviously "not affiliated" with NLN. I hope you receive your commission off those of us who have. I am not happy with the way things have gone. I am getting no emails at all and when I've emailed them I keep getting them back like 3 hours later saying they are undeliverable. Even emailing the host. Talking with live chat is like talking to a brick wall. Nuff said.

And what about comp points? I don't even see a section for accumulating comp points. Will my vip status transfer? I was earning comps at a pretty good ratio.

Live chat now has a way to credit you guys who are missing the $31. Justine is working on the affiliation problem.. so if you go to live chat for the $31 and they say you are not a noluckneeded player, but you were before, post your id here.
Also please continue to post any other problems and we will get them sorted out.
I know change sucks, but I am glad SlotoCash changed to rTG despite all the issues so we all have a fast paying RTG to play at.
Let's give them a little time and see how it goes. I think everything will be good in a week or 2 and they will prove to be the good casino we have known in the past.
