runspot, I was not told the reasons... but maybe from your play at other rival casinos. The easiest way to loose free chips is to always use big bonuses and cash out when you reach the wagering requirement.

i got a mail yesteday or two days ago about a 300% welcome bonus
i have two deposit bonuses to cashier but not the 300
if they dont give me this one never mind i dont play at this place like usualy lol
Sorry, I do not know why you did not get the 300%. I know players loose bonuses sometimes if you always use big bonuses and cashout as soon as you make the wagering requirement.

i have never cashed out on a free bonus so i don't know what there problem is they always take my money.
