Rival slow paying lately?

Congrats! I too have a cashout in process at Vegas Regal, I really hope that they pay before the weekend. Vegas regal is slow this time , the 500 cashout is still processing ( since june 10 ).
I send them a email about this payout but stil no response .
But i have another cashout of $1100 at vegas regal and $1500 at tropica
I noticed now that i am bonus blocked at tropica ( maybe because my lucky streak ).

Yes doesn't that just figure you win then you get blocked, how is that fair?

I've found that almost all Rival casinos block your promotions after you make a withdrawal. Then when asked they give you some story about being flagged by security.

Vegas regal payd me the 500 yesterday and the 1100 today
