I just get older and the holidays are more for the young people so I enjoy the holidays vicariously through them.

I don't love it nor do I hate it. Just another day that I have to buy a card for and figure out what to get for hubby. We are "actively" (as of today of course) doing Atkins so no sweets for him this year... smile

I don't hate it but, i enjoy taking care of my girlfriend at christmas and her birthday lot more than valentines day.
I guess it's just another day for me, and xmas, bday are just more personal and more meaningful smile

I stopped loving Valentine's Day a few years back. And the reason was because he stopped loving me. Who knows? As strong as our love was....he might still love me......but.....he just never looked back. I should of not cheated on him. It was the biggest mistake of my life, and thanks to it, I don't celebrate Valentine's Day.

smile I would have to say its ok. I us to give my kid stuff but never got any thing on this day my self. smile so what that say about my hubby now lol He one that just not in to giving thing.
