Hi! The problem is that you need to send in
a signed fax back form to get in the vip club.. Just go to the
Sloto'Cash home page and click VIP SLOTO Club. Then click
fax back form. If you have a printer, print it out and sign it.
Then you can scan it, if you have
a scanner, or take a picture with a digital camera and fax it back.
sign the faxback form, scan and fax or email back to support@slotocash.com
If you have trouble, then let me know 
and tell me when you send it

Ok then download the form and do a little electronic
signature with a font that looks like handwriting.. then save and attach
to an email
