Kay: I found that old post with the recipe! Maybe someone is curious. They are yummy.

This recipe makes the best deviled eggs I have ever tasted and it's my go to recipe for family gatherings. I'm making them for Thanksgiving! I put a sliver of bacon and small piece of chive on top so everyone calls them "fancy deviled eggs". smile I use costco's microwave bacon so it's one less step to make everything faster.




Loaded Deviled Eggs
Makes: 24
INGREDIENTS

12 eggs, hard-boiled

½ cup sour cream

½ cup cooked bacon, chopped

¼ cup chives, finely chopped (or scallions)

½ cup shredded cheddar cheese

Salt, to taste

Pepper, to taste

Chopped bacon, for garnish

Chives, for garnish
