Kay: I found that old post with the recipe! Maybe someone is curious. They are yummy.
This recipe makes the best deviled eggs I have ever tasted and it's my go to recipe for family gatherings. I'm making them for Thanksgiving! I put a sliver of bacon and small piece of chive on top so everyone calls them "fancy deviled eggs".I use costco's microwave bacon so it's one less step to make everything faster.
Loaded Deviled Eggs
Makes: 24
INGREDIENTS
12 eggs, hard-boiled
½ cup sour cream
½ cup cooked bacon, chopped
¼ cup chives, finely chopped (or scallions)
½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste
Chopped bacon, for garnish
Chives, for garnish
