I am having difficulties also.Once i sign in it brings up a black blank screen and will go no further : (

carolpm, Did you try the "Instant play" version? If that does not work, you may need to uninstall the casino and download again... or ask live chat to help.

murjibal, Hi! You could have gone to live chat right away and told them what happened. Anytime you suspect an error, stop playing and go to support right away, also Take a screen shot if possible. I have heard of this happening at iNetBet with free chip play. In the other cases I heard it was setting the balance to the max cashout allowed, and after the wagering requirement was met, so your case seems strange.

Email a manager or go to live chat and tell them to check your history. Let me know what happens. It may have been a technical error, which needs to be resolved.

Also please send me your casino ID by private message so I can follow up with a manager. smile
