For the past 20 years or so my New Years resolution has been to quit smoking and I finally did last Aug. So this year my resolution is to lose weight and exercise more.....so I will (in the next 20 years or so)
For those who want to quit smoking, you have to get the book: "The Easy Way To Stop Smoking" by Allen Carr. I stopped after 47 years of smoking 2 packs a day, many failed attempts and with the book It was easy. I still cannot believe how painless it was. My hubby quit at the same time and it was simple for him too. Please read the book if you really want to quit, I promise you won't be sorry you bought it.
