This is what I was just told from the second live chat I was on "Sammy: for the affiliate you signed up through there is no free bonus. you are eligible for bonuses. however there is no free bonus available for that affiliate nor for the casino itself"

evan55, Yes that is the correctlink... It may be that if you downloaded Rockbet or Vegasdays from another site, so therefore are affiliated by default to the other site because this is a group of casinos.

I emailed and asked the casino. If they are grouping all 3 casinos then that would explain the problem. I will let you know when I hear back.
