The way Rivals work is that the casinos can rent or "purchase" the software. If it says Bonne Chance then they are probably renting the software. As far as the actual owners, it is hard to tell.

Hi! Support may not be aware about this exclusive bonus. My contact said the bonus is working so You may be blocked from bonus.. does it say "New promotions coming soon" in your cashier? Are you blocked at other Rivals?
You probably need to ask for a manager account review if the "New promotions coming soon" message is showing.

After all that Tawnia has done to get me the $15, and after all that I have done, and numerous contacts with the support people, this is one casino I won't be playing at. Nothing from them, no reasonable explanation. Dendera can hang it up as far as I'm concerned. I don't like silly games.
