Drakella, To explain why a bonus may be denied. Otherwise people would say "why was I denied a bonus, if it is not in the terms".
I have only seen this happen a few times.. it has to do with the timing between claiming one bonus or another and the bonus itself I think.
Usally it is free chips that get denied if another free chip has been claimed in the last hour or so.

To the person who asked if this was called super sticky, I do not recall, but I always read the terms and did not see anything about this super sticky business.
I hope they change their ways. I was so surprised by this. I figured if I wrote to the manager all would be rectified, but the post I made was the response from the manager! lol
Regarding claiming bonuses within 1 hour of each other, this has happened to me in the past and that is the case, wait one hour then claim it at the other casino. However, this has not happened to me of late.
Tawnia, thanks again, lady. You really are the best there is out there! I only ever play at rival casinos anymore and mostly only the ones where I've already verified myself with documents because I moved and my drivers license doesn't match my address and so forth so to save me the pain, I play where I'm verified!
I wonder if one makes a quick tender deposit if that could count for verifying one's identity? It would seem it could because of verifying oneself to the quicktender folks.
