This is a bonus for a certain group of players.. not depositors or non depositors.. a small group of players got $25. If you got it congrats, if not, better luck next time.
Casinos give bonuses like this for different reasons..
sometimes to players who have not deposited in a long time,
sometimes to players who have never deposited, sometimes to those to deposit, sometimes for unknown reasons.

I am done with Royal joker. I am not trying to be mean about this but, I am getting different stories from different people.
I am told if i make a deposit i will be given a bonus, then i do and then i am told that my account is not qualified.

Remember the $10 they gave a few weeks ago that EVERYONE got? And Intertops did too?
Now a few players get a bonus and everyone gets mad. I will let Royal Joker know about this and tell them not to give out bonues like this. That will mean LESS bonus but fewer angry players.
How many other Microgaming casinos give out free chips to anyone?

i am not mad, i was venting about my whole experience with them.
i am not trying to ruin it for anyone. This is just my opinion.

i've deposited quite a few times tons of times to royal joker and I didn't receive a bonus, I have deposited well over 4000 dollars at intertops in general and never made a cash out, yet I still don't get a bonus, I feel like they should be hooking me up, it goes for the same with superior, I've deposited over 1000 dollars there, and they do give me bonuses, but with stupid terms, I can only cash out 50 that's just destroying my hopes immediately their, I mean come on, seriously

gorond, Hi, The best thing to do when that happens is send an email and let the casino know. The subject "Manager Please Assist" or "VIP Manager" or "Player Rentention Team" or similar will get the best response.
I would say something like: I love the casino but would like XXX bonus or I will not be depositing again.
Most casinos will try to make you happy.. if not play elsewhere. Then you
will probably get some "Come on Back" bonuses.
