I don`t know why they do this, but in 95% of all Rival Casinos my Account was locked! Only because my girlfriend has registered from my computer too. I can`t believe that casinos are doing such bad things to players that only want to play. I hope that they all will be raped by some gaylords! :-)

gonzo, You are NOT allowed to make 2 accounts from the same computer or ip address or home address. This is a rule at almost every online casino. You need to start following the rules. It is not the casino's fault that you broke the rules.
You need to start reading the rules before you play or you will have a lot of problems.
What would happen without these rules? Every player would make hundreds of accounts to claim bonuses and be out of business.

Hello, You can email and ask for a manager account review.
You are allowed to have 1 account at each casino... did you ever make 2 accounts at one casino?

I've got account's at almost all the Rival's, apart from 2/3 (THEY ARE MY FAVE'S) & never had a problem with them! Think TDTAT may be right!!!

But have to say no impressed so far. Yesterday when I asked live chat about the 25.00 free they told me the security system would not let me claim the bonus. I asked why and they said the casino has the right to refuse anyone and they did not have to tell me anymore. I just closed chat. So I checked later and the bonus was there, and another 6.00 today.
