Thanks I lost the 45$ deposit they matched it making it 90 and i only had to roll that over 4 times
so i was real excited but after making my deposit there were some technical issues and the reels were spinning for extended periods of time and my account balance in the cashier was correct but in the lobby was showing negative balance i know it is all luck but it seems very stange to me that i was able to use the 10 free and roll it over 20x which is 200 and still have over 100 in my account and after making a deposit I couldnt roll 90$ 4 times and didnt make playthrough it seems while experiencing the technical issues i didnt win a thing
i requested an account review and sent the screen shots they requested in hopes to correct the issues with the balance!(its at negative 87.40 now)
I honestly cant say whether i would ever deposit there again
guess it depends on how thing go with this cashout and my account review they are saying its 7-10 business days to approve another 7-10 business days to recieve check and they didnt request any ID verification or anything

I can understand having a streak of bad luck or even technical difficulties but i was lied to several times by chat to lure me into depositing.
They have declined my 100$ withdraw after several times on chat i asked what the requirements were for cashout and they said All i have to do is deposit 25.00 (so i deposited 45.00) and then go to cashier and request withdraw in which i did and i have copies of every chat from there because you have to request them which i did every time.now they are claiming i didnt meet certain requirements(i was told the requirements were simply make a deposit ) the manager wasnt concerned with any of the technical difficulties i was experiencing or trying to correct the issues with the balance I DONT RECOMMEND THIS CASINO AT ALL and i would have never deposited the 45.00 if it wasnt for them saying it would make me eligible for 100$ withdraw I hope anyone who plays there has better luck then me!!

Okay this is what happened i downloaded the casino from here and typed the code in the cashier for 10 free
it worked and the playthrough said 200$ in the cashier so i played and i made the playthrough of 200 with an extra 100.90 cents in the cashier and said withdrawable 100.90 cents so i went to chat and they said that i could cashout the 100$ if i made a deposit of 25$ and that was all i had to do
so i deposited 45.00 since i figured that i was doing good there and chat also told me that i could take the welcome bonus of 100% which made my balance 90.00$ and the playthrough on the 90$ was 4 times (which was deposit plus bonus )and in order for that bonus to become cashable that i would have to roll it 4 times which i did not do however i do have the chats and this is the way it was explained to me and it seems like they just lied to get me to make a deposit because I was doing great untill i made a deposit and then chat told me to go withdraw the 100$ so i did

nathan1234, If you did not wager the 4 times, that is why you can not withdraw.

You did only have to deposit to withdraw, but you also claimed a deposit bonus..
that is why you have to play more.

i know i didnt wager the 4 times on my deposit bonus and i did not make my playthrough to be able to cashout on my deposit bonus and did not try to do so
however i was told by chat the ONLY requirements for cashing out 100$(from the free chip) was to make a deposit of 25.00 and i did i made a deposit of 45.00 making me eligible to cashout the 100 that said withdrawable in the cashier(from the free chip)
