I'm getting the same response, i've never received the free $5 either. If someone would like me to refer them I can put you down as a referral and you'll get an email even if you already have an account because it's automatically sent with a code in the email. Just send me an email to <mizmp@aol.com>. If someone would refer me as well then maybe we can get the $5 or how ever much it is. Good luck!

As far as referrals, the person referred has to enter your
personal referral code (get from netspend site) when they register
a new card.

mplaster, You probbaly signed up and used a $5 code when you ordered your card as most noluckers did... that is why they are saying to codes are not working.

You can only get one $5 referral per card. The alleged $20 is for
people who have referred another and it only works if you get the
magic support person I guess.
