Well TDTAT here I am again....the last withdraw took until the 29th to finally hit Quicktender and even after your post there was actually another issue that they apologized up and down for, but they paid so I just didn't post again. (their apology for the inconvenience was $25)
They emailed me a few days after that...my loyalty bonus went from 15% down to 5%, so I pretty much said forget it
Then I got a weekend bonus for 40% and so I deposited $30 and gave it a shot...I won a royal and did a withdrawal for $2,530
Now yesterday I called just to make sure all was ok because the usual Monday quicktender excitement wasn't there. They told me it was paid, then they told me that it was released and I would have it by Friday, then they told me Wednesday but maybe Friday. Christian told me that they paid it but that quicktender was slow so call them. Now today I was told it was "released" from the Casino and evidently I needed to call quicktender.
He also asked Vera his Supervisor (whom I just dread being involved because she does ABSOLUTELY NOTHING FOR ME EVER), and he came back and said..."Vera said the same thing I said, we released it, call Quicktender".
Look, I called just to make sure all was okay, and not to badger them, and again with the same cra_! Who do I contact there that actually gives a SHI_!
They act like they lost the withdrawal and don't care.
I know they will pay but just like the last time, you can tell that there is a problem and until I push it far enough no one wants to do a thing to do anything about it. Same run a round. And quite frankly, I don't want to wait two weeks to be paid
