the roulette game is not fixed I have found a web page that lists it's faults apparently they are

Street bets (3 numbers) pay 12 to 1. The correct payoff is 11 to 1.
Straight up bets (1 number), except zero, pay 34 to 1. The correct payoff is 35 to 1.
A winning straight up bet on zero is a push.

so I wouldn't bet on zero if you want to play this game
