funny stuff, so I registered, went to live support, asked for the free 25, support said I was from a restricted country (belgium ??? smile )

so I said ok nvm

I had the email with the free 20$, so I used that link, started to play, after 10min the game blocks, I try to relogin, and account is disabled.

Guess if I never went to live support nothing would've happened smile

I don't think so... some countries may be excluded though.
Ask live chat to make sure your country is allowed.
