aplmk04, It must be technical.. they are known for fast payments.. Intertops has been online 10 years and everyone gets paid.

I Called them and that didn't help at all they just said they were investigating the matter they would get back to me by email.

well they told me that there was a $500 to my quicktender account on the 6th and i never got that. there is still $1250 in my withdrawals that says work in progress.

This is weird... I know they will get it worked out. Let me know
what they say, a manager is supposed to be reviewing everything.

i never agreed with that and noone a customer support told me that. when i talk to them they daid they were checking on it. and i also received this email fron them. And never received those funds. i don't think i will play at this casino anymore. I thought once its in process of withdrawal you cant get it back.??????????

I just won $2600 off a $125 bonus at Joker that I won on the $3000 thing a ma ...whatever promotion that was!!! Anyway....That was deposited into my Quicktender account at 10am the very next morning. I withdrew at 6pm the previous night. Not even a 24 hour wait. Their service has been very good so far, and even though I have complained a few times about Intertops it has never been about getting paid through Quicktender. There was even one case about my credit cards that I used and they got that straightened out more than fairly. So, chin up!
