Hi! Yes, They share live chat... but Most of the casinos do their own emails..
maybe they use similar templates so they look the same.
They also try to copy each other a lot!

If you want a quick email response put "MANAGER HELP" or
similar in the subject line.

Some casinos are more closely related.. Paradise8 and Cocoa
are run together.. Pantasia and Mayan Fortune are together too.

Rockbet and This is Vegas? I think they have the same manager. I am trying to figure all out. I am from Sweden and I know that some of them don´t give us promotions or have us to wager the double amount and so, but I can´t really figure out who and why really. They change the rules to. I only play at Rivals so I read all I can get over and try to learn. I have only been playing online for a few month and it is really much to read and understand first.
I just wich that I had knew more when I started.

helps with TIV.. I am not sure how that deal works but my guess is that
someone who owns a piece of TIV owns a piece of RockBet or maybe they

About the countries.. some of the Rivals (many) use an auto Rival bonus system and block system. The only one I know who does not use the central
Rival block program is Sloto'Cash. There may be others, but I don't know for certain.

Also, if you email a manager and explain you are a regular player
who happens to be from an unfavorable country (in their stupid opinion)
they are likely to make exeptions for you if your play warrants it.
Again use the "MANAGER HELP" or "VIP MANAGER" or "MANAGER REVIEW" subject for the email.

Thanks for the advice. I did ask some of the casinos but they refused to give me straight answers. I didn´t know what a bonusabuser was but now I understand why they couldn´t answer. For someone who only play slots it is silly, and luckily I have a few that gives me the same promotions as you. Sloto´cash, Vegas Regal, Vegas Sky, Lion Slots and Superior. Da´vinci...sometimes. Some did in the beginnig and then stopped. Maybe I choose a few and stick with them. So I continue to read and learn

some think if you use a 100%+ bonus every time you deposit
and then cashout as soon as you make playthrough you're a bonus
abuser.. some don't care how many bonuses you use until you start
beating them and cashing out a lot... then they block you from bonus
for a while or lower your bonuses.

Some only care if they make money on you and that is how they do
bonus. So even if you are not winner,
they may be losing money on you with transaction fees.

Some like Slotocash are smart and only offer bonuses they actually want you to play..
therefore bonus abuse is impossible at Sloto. Also one of the reasons
Slotocash is #1.

It will be Slotocash since I just have managed to change the currency there. They do have the best promotion. But I like Vegas Regal to. My first withdrawal ever was on their free $12 when I signed up.. and one for $200 on my next deposit. I have made a few more but still I am the winner there. Then I do like them for seeing me as a human beeing. I dont feel that with cocoa. I withdraw $200 from there casino as well and then the promotions disappear and they said it was because I am from sweden.
So I say Slotocash and Vegas regal, but Vegas regal could have much better promotion.
I am to addicted to some of their slots. Scary rich 1 and 2 and a few more

Drakella, I agree! I like Sloto the best and Vegas Regal is great except their bonus terms!

I just wonder...do the rest of the Rivals think that they will keep their customer? It is not only in this forum that Sloto´cash comes first. Maybe the others can do okey with all the new ones but in the long run they will loose a lot of customers.
If they don´t want me why should I bother? I want to feel welcome and I dont want to beg them to take my money.
