It seems that everything but the phone lines are working, however I am still waiting to hear from the promotions department regarding the Interest rate promotion and when it will be added to your account. As our system is now only fully operational again, and they are only back in the office as of Tuesday due to the public holidays - they will only be able to resolve the matter on Tuesday. They will have to manually add the Interest rate bonus to all the outstanding accounts.
Have a wonderful weekend further and I will definitely follow up with you first thing on Tuesday when they are back in the office.

The reply I received from Lilani in regards to the "Interest Rate" bonus:

With all the thousands and thousands of dollars spent between the two of them I could have at least got the shell of the egg! HEHEHE Well, Lilani said tomorrow again, but she had personal issues today so she said she will get on it first thing in the morning, again.

This is the biggest joke ever.....who in their right mind leave money in their account? I mean the reason for playing is to get money. But anyways if you don't leave money in your account you don't get the bonus! Here's Lilani's response..
I received confirmation that the interest rate bonus has been credited to all accounts and when I checked your account I saw that there was nothing added. I sat down with someone in promotions and asked them to please explain as to why your account was not eligible for any interest rate bonus and he showed me that you only left money in your account 4 times last month after midnight and it was only a few cents. You need to stick to the terms and conditions of the promotion for it to work
please try for this month, I will help you monitor your account for you as well to help make sure that you receive a bonus end of the month!

Sorry TDTAT, I'm not one to make such a big fuss, but I really thought this was like a cashback. She told me the terms were in the News flash and I still have not them. I know they won't change anything but thanks for watching over us, I'll let it go.

No one could direct me to the terms, the terms on the "news flash" didn't explain this clearly. What a joke!! I deposited almost $300 there last month and I received .01?!?!?! I WILL NOT be playing there again. Misleading and deceitful!
