Well it is now going on 7 days. Spoke to live support for the 4th time last night, and for the 3rd time, was promised that the agent would absolutely ensure that I have them within 24 hours. Told her I would wait and see, and if there weren't in tonight, would be deleting software, and never depositing there. Told her they were not doing themselves any favours with this.

Another 24 hours have passed, and have not received the promised spins. I give up. If they can't get the spins software to work, should just give an equivalent no deposit bonus. Glad I don't deposit unless I try site with free money first, I am afraid how long it would take for their welcome bonus to process. What a waste of time!

Hi, and ty for trying to help. I have logged into Tom Raider, Secret of the Swords every day for over a week now, and still no spins. Live support keeps saying I will get them but they never show. As I said earlier, they are doing themselves no favours. I was going to deposit, and then I thought, no, wait for free spins so you can see how it plays. Thank heavens I did, because when they don't follow through on promises, it makes you wonder what they would be like to deal with over deposit bonuses, or cashouts. I know you didn't make it up, live support assures me I am entitled, and all four reps I have dealt with promised they would absolutely ensure I got them. I guess they don't care for Canadian players, only Europeans matter.

luckyma55, Sorry for the trouble. I think it is more likely a technical problem than intentional.
I am sure they like everyone's money the same. smile However some
countries are blocked from bonus at some casinos dues to laws and
other things.

They are a newer casino, and newer casinos tend to have more
technical problems. Hopefully they will get their problems worked out soon.

Sorry you had a bad experience... there is no excuse for that.

mrhunk, What do you mean? They have been reputable as far as I have heard. It is very rare that a microgaming casino does not pay.

Did they say you had 2 accounts or something? Did you make a deposit
or are you talking about the freeplay bonus?

I am interested to hear the details.
