It stated somewhere that IF you had an exisiting acct with Intertops you wouuld be able to register and claim your $10 BUT they are definetely not taking USA - or atleast, not the ones from banned states.

They take players from the USA who have old intertops accounts
although some of the 13 banned states are not allowed.
Add rj to the beginning of your Intertops id to log in at Royaljoker

WOW. Thanks you guys sooooooo much. I never would've know about this until I saw it here lol. I've been without my computer for almost two months. I even missed most of my birthday freebies since I couldn't get online to claim them 
I just downloaded and signed in with my Intertops ID (with the rj in front) and had $20 in there!!!!!!!!! Off to play lol. You guys ROCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
