Hi! I have not heard of any download troubles until yours.
Try cleaning your cookies and reboot your computer and try again.
If that does not work, maybe casino support can help.

I actually had terrible time with it. Couldn't play video poker or scratch cards at all. But had fun on the slots!

same type of no download casino software or whatever.
Anyway, I had problems with that one and was never able to play all the

I claimed the 500Free. I only had to input the code when I signed up. I didnt need to go to customer support.
I had alot of fun playing Let it ride. I was doing really well when only betting $1 a spot but as soon as I upped my bet to $5 a spot I lost the whole 500!!. So just a heads up for anyone who likes that game. Keep the bets low. I was being dealt flushes and 3 of a kinds, but as soon as I upped the bet is was all down hill.
