yes it should still work, you'll probably have to call in but i have 3 different cards with them and i got it on all of them, each with a different code. If you need a new code pm me with your email address and i'll send you a referral code.

I just went to register it this morning and I discovered that unlike Netspend, this company charges a monthly maintanance fee of $10.00- and a host of other petty, greedy, uncalled for fees for various usages, including using an auto teller to remove some cash from your card. This company is called Account Now-Beware! Stick to netspend!!
