Hello TDTAT,
Yes....I got the email requesting the documents a few hours ago and I have sent everything to them. They also requested that I make a deposit in Vegas Regal using my Quicktender account (my original deposit was with a credit card) so that it can link my casino account with my Quicktender account since that is where I'm having my withdrawal sent. So, I went ahead and made that deposit.
As of right now, everything has been sent. So, now we wait to see how long it takes to hit Quicktender. I will update once I receive my cashout in Quicktender.
By the way, thanks for asking TDTAT.

Online chatting with Suzy from Vegas Regal right now. They are saying that they did not receive my documents. I just resent them. She just verified while I was chatting with her that they just got them. She also forwarded them to the security department as well. She said it will take 2-5 business days from when the security department approves the documents.
I will update when I get the cashout to Quicktender or I encounter any other issues.
So now we wait...again :-)
P.S. (It always seem as if casinos never get documents on the first email or fax. That's just been my experience. That's why I am able to wait patiently for a cashout. I anticipate issues. That way I won't be upset when it takes longer. lol....Anyhow, we know for sure they have them now. So I'm going by today's date to see how long it takes.)

My cashout is in my quicktender account. Cashout paid in 2 days from the time they accepted my verification document.
